1. Professional equipment must be used for this hot melt adhesive. The gluing methods are generally use knife coating or flat nozzle. Ensure not contact with air in the process of using, to avoid early curing.

2. The opening time (or effective using time) after gluing closely connected with the adhesive temperature, operating ambient temperature, heat conduction performance of the bonding material and material temperature. 3. Under the high ambient humidity of gluing, or low operating ambient temperature, the effective using time after gluing will be reduced; On the contrary, will be increased. |

4. Warm up first when running the machine again after stopping for a long time, observe whether the surface layer is solidified; If yes, remove the surface layer then using. |

Finishing the machine running then a long time not to operate, please use the specialized cleaning agent for cleaning the residual hot melt adhesive on equipment. |

Please use sealant or paraffin for sealing the gluing head, nozzle etc when not working for long time, avoid the hot melt adhesive reacts with water and air. |
NEL®-4050 Series comply with general chemical protection measures, such as maintaining the ventilated environment, skin protected properly and wearing protective glasses. If the skin is adhered to this product, wash with water and soap; If eyes contact, wash with plenty of water In case of severe case, immediately seek for medical advice.
Valid for 6 months to store in sealed container at 21℃. After using, keep the rest of adhesive in sealed storage and better to remove the air that contacts with adhesive.
